生物素包被的荧光微球与链霉亲和素具有高的亲和力非共价相互作用。
生物素包被的蓝色荧光微球,因为其具有有限的FITC和PE荧光性,但是具有PE-Cy5,
APC和 APC-Cy7荧光性,因此可用于流式细胞术珠分析。
0.5um生物素微球已经用于FACS吞噬作用分析和巨噬细胞的免疫荧光分析。
