粘度标准液―上海金畔

粘度计是测量流体粘度的物性分析仪器。粘度是流体物质的一种物理特性，它反映流体受外力作用时分子间呈现的内部摩擦力，物质的粘度与其化学成分密切相关。在工业生产和科学研究中，常依通过测量粘度来监控物质的成分或品质。如在高分子材料的生产过程中，应用粘度计可以监测合成反应生成物的粘度，自动控制反应终点。其他如石油裂化、润滑油掺合、某些食品和药物等的生产过程自动控制，原油管道输送过程监测，各种石油制品和油漆的品质检验等，都需要进行粘度测量。

上海金畔生物提供粘度标准液，可用于运动学和动力学粘度测量仪器（手动和自动）的校准、控制、验证、测定或方法验证。所有的产品都可溯源至ITS-90的温度范围和普遍接受的水的粘度在20°C时的标准数值， 该数值由ISO3666规定为1.0034mm2/s（cSt）。

产品优势：

l  依据ASTM D2162的乌氏标准粘度计制造和认证。这是国际公认粘度标准液认证的主要方法。

l  每个标准液就一定温度范围内的运动学粘度（mm2/s，CST），动力学粘度（CP）和密度（g/ml）进行认证。

l  所有标准品符合牛顿流体特性。
