产品介绍

PRO-TAO-3与TO-PRO®-3染色分子相同。TO-PRO®-3和其他单体花菁染料由于背景低和荧光明亮而具有广泛的适用性。它是一种碳花青素单体核酸染色剂,可以用633 nm或647 nm的红色激发光很好地激发,并具有类似于Cy®5染料的远红色荧光。它可用作核复染色和死细胞指示剂。它对检测dsDNA(双链核酸)具有选择性。不可渗透细胞的PRO-TTO-3被广泛用于流式细胞术和荧光显微镜检查,因为长波长荧光在多色应用中已与绿色和红色荧光团充分分离。TO-PRO®是ThermoFisher Scientific的商标。
