■ 制品说明

PrimeDirect Probe RT-qPCR Mix是基于探针法检测（5'-核酸酶方法）的一步法Real Time RT-PCR试剂。本制品为2X premix型试剂，只需添加用于检测目的基因的引物、探针和模板即可进行反应。由于本制品在反应液中能够直接从生物样本中提取核酸，对于含有RNA病毒等的生物样品，可直接添加到反应液中进行Real Time PCR反应。由于核酸提取、反转录、qPCR各反应连续进行，大大提高了操作简便性，减少了反应时间。 对于特定的检测目的，实验时需要反复进行特定目的基因的检测，此时常易发生以往的PCR产物混入（carryover contamination）的问题，通过使用含有Uracil N-Glycosylase（UNG）的制品（PrimeDirect Probe RT-qPCR Mix, with UNG），能够分解含有dUTP的PCR产物。持续使用本制品，可避免因carryover contamination造成的假阳性结果。* 本制品对肝素（血液）和腐植酸（土壤）等各种PCR抑制物具有高水平的耐受性，可以直接用于从各种活体材料中检测病毒和细菌，或者基因表达解析等应用。 * 使用PrimeDirect Probe RT-qPCR Mix, with UNG时   本制品适用于Takara公司Thermal Cycler Dice Real Time System仪器，已确认以下Real Time PCR仪器都适用。 · Thermal Cycler Dice Real Time System III（Code No. TP950/TP970/TP980/TP990） · Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System（Thermo Fisher Scientific） · Applied Biosystems StepOnePlus Real-Time PCR System（Thermo Fisher Scientific） · LightCycler 96 System（Roche Diagnostics） · CFX96 Real-Time PCR Detection System（Bio-Rad）等   ■ 保存 -20℃   ■ 特点 1. 探针法检测用One Step RT-qPCR试剂 2. 可直接在反应液中热提取活体材料的核酸 3. 高温进行反转录反应（55℃-65℃） 4. 对各种阻害物有很高的耐受性 5. 通过UNG的作用，有效避免carryover contamination (Code No.RR651A/B)     ■ 使用注意 1. 使用时注意轻柔颠倒混匀不要产生气泡，试剂混匀后再使用。溶解后的试剂请立刻置于冰上保存。 2. 本制品不含有引物、探针，请另外准备。 3. 反应液制备、分注时请一定使用新的分注枪头，以防止样品间的污染。
