快速简易地去除 EB 或者 sybr green染料。 Fast and easy decontamination of ethidium bromide (EtBr) or SYBR® Green solutions • High capacity – up to 50 mg EtBr or SYBR® Green can be bound to the resin; • Safe handling – no contamination, cartridges can be closed; • Indicator cartridge with red color or UV fluorescence signalizes saturation; • No interference by other dyes like methylene blue, because indicator cartridges can be replaced; • Gravity-flow cartridges – no additional tools, such as syringes or pumps necessary; • 1 liter funnel (included in the starter kit) or a bigger reservoir can easily be connected – convenience for large volumes.
