■ Lenti-X p24 Rapid Titer Kit通过ELISA法检测p24蛋白质快速测定慢病毒滴度。
    目前用于研究的重组慢病毒均包含主要的结构蛋白质，包括包膜蛋白质、基质蛋白质、病毒核心蛋白质。Gag基因编码病毒衣壳蛋白质（p24）、核衣壳蛋白质（p6和p7）和基质蛋白质（p17）。Clontech Lenti-X p24 Rapid Titer Kit特异性检测p24衣壳蛋白质，p24蛋白质含量与病毒滴度相关联。
慢病毒滴度测定 p24 ELISA
 
    Lenti-X p24 Rapid Titer Kit的操作流程是首先裂解培养基上清液中的慢病毒粒子释放p24蛋白质，然后将裂解样品添加至预包被鼠源p24抗体的检测平板中，洗涤移除未结合的裂解液，采用生物素标记的二抗、辣根过氧化物酶标记链霉亲和素及显色剂检测特异结合的p24蛋白质。本试剂盒包含p24对照用于制定标准曲线。
