紫外可见分光光度计的线性是指实验点接近或偏离比耳定律A = f ( C) 直线部分的程度。换言之, 如果给定化合物的两个浓度的响应值之差正比于两个被测试样的浓度差, 且该差值在误差要求的范围内, 则可认为紫外可见分光光度计的输出是线性的。
