此抗体识别内源性的HSF1总蛋白。此抗体不与其它HSF蛋白相互作用。该多克隆抗体用与人类HSF1蛋白羧基末端附近的氨基酸链对应的人工合成肽段免疫动物而制成。该抗体使用蛋白A和蛋白亲和层析纯化而得。This antibody detects endogenous levels of total HSF1 protein.The antibody does not cross-react with other HSF proteins.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the carboxy-terminus of human HSF1 protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
