Phospho-Smad2 (Ser465/467) (138D4)Rabbit mAb 兔单抗只识别在Ser465和 Ser467双重磷酸化的内源性Smad2蛋白，可能也识别同等位点磷酸化的Smad3蛋白。此抗体不与其它Smad相关蛋白交叉反应.此单抗由合成的磷酸化肽段免疫动物产生，该合成肽段与邻近Smad2蛋白的Ser465/467氨基酸残基序列一致。Phospho-Smad2 (Ser465/467) (138D4) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of Smad2 only when dually phosphorylated at serines 465 and 467, and may detect Smad3 phosphorylated at the equivalent sites. This antibody does not cross-react with other Smad-related proteins.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser465/467 of human Smad2.
