All three major isoforms produced by alternative splicing are recognized 
 (isoforms 1, 2, and 3). Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids surrounding Gly267 of human ATRIP. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
