Lamin A/C Antibody 能够检测内源的全长lamin A（和lamin C）蛋白(70 kDa)。它也能够检测在Asp230位点酶切的lamin A（和C 蛋白）的小片段。该多克隆抗体是采用合成的人源lamin A/C蛋白sp230周围残基相对应的肽段免疫动物而制备的。体由protein A和肽亲和层析技术纯化。Lamin A/C Antibody detects endogenous levels of total full length lamin A (and lamin C) (70 kDa), as well as the small fragment of lamin A (and lamin C) resulting from cleavage at aspartic acid 230 (28 kDa).Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Asp230 of human lamin A. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Bovine.
