Pan-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys9) (D54) XP™ Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测仅在Lys9位点单、双或三甲基化的内源性histone H3的总蛋白水平。该抗体不能与Lys9, Lys27, Lys36位点甲基化的histone H3或Lys20位点甲基化的histone H4蛋白发生交叉反应。通过人工合成histone H3氨基末端Lys9位点双甲基化的多肽片段去免疫动物从而制备出此单克隆抗体。Pan-Methyl-Histone H3 (Lys9) (D54) XP™ Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of histone H3 only when mono-, di-, or tri-methylated on Lys9. The antibody does not cross-react with histone H3 methylated on Lys4, 27 and 36, or histone H4 methylated on Lys20.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the amino terminus of histone H3 in which Lys9 is di-methylated.Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Chicken, D. melanogaster, Xenopus, Zebrafish, Bovine, Pig, S. cerevisiae, C. elegans。
