No cross-reactivity was observed with other family members.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Pro841 of Jak2.Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Hamster, Monkey, Chicken, Xenopus, Bovine, Dog, Pig, Horse.
