It may also detect Ser200/205 phosphorylated PAK3, however it does not cross-react with phosphorylated PAK4.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding serine 199/204 of human PAK1. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
