APP Antibody 兔多抗识别内源性的几种成熟或不成熟的β淀粉样蛋白前体蛋白，包括PP695，APP770和APP751几个亚型。该多克隆抗体由合成的人类APP695中Thr668位点附近肽段免疫动物而制成。该抗体使用蛋白A和多肽亲和层析纯化而得。APP Antibody detects endogenous levels of several isoforms of both mature and immature amyloid beta (A4) precursor protein, including APP695, APP770 and APP751. Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr668 of human APP695. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
