HA-Tag (6E2) Mouse mAb (Alexa Fluor ® 488 Conjugate)用来检测具有HA表位标签的重组蛋白，此抗体可以识别转染细胞靶蛋白在氨基或羧基末端融合的HA标签 。此种抗体 在更佳条件下采用Alexa Fluor ® 488荧光染料标记，已经过内部测试，可以直接用于HA标签蛋白转染细胞的流式细胞术和免疫荧光分析。HA-Tag (6E2) Mouse mAb (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) detects proteins containing the HA epitope tag. The antibody recognizes the HA-tag fused to either the amino or carboxy terminus of targeted proteins in transfected mammalian cells. This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry and immunofuorescent analysis in cells transfected with HA-tagged protein.
