Myc-Tag (9B11) Mouse mAb (Alexa Fluor ® 647 Conjugate)可以检测细胞中包含Myc标为标签的蛋白。此抗体可以识别转染细胞靶蛋白在氨基或羧基末端融合的Myc标签 。此种抗体在更佳条件下采用Alexa Fluor ® 647荧光染料标记，已经过内部测试，可以直接用于Myc标签蛋白转染细胞的流式细胞术和免疫荧光分析。Myc-Tag (9B11) Mouse mAb (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate) detects transfected proteins containing the Myc epitope tag. The antibody recognizes the Myc-tag fused to either the amino or carboxy terminus of targeted proteins in transfected mammalian cells.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry and immunofluorescent analysis in cells transfected with Myc-tagged protein.
