This antibody detects only HDAC4 protein; it does not cross-react with other HDAC proteins.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding amino acid 10 of human HDAC4. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
