This antibody is not recommended for detection of Myc-tagged fusion proteins; for detection of Myc-tagged fusion proteins, use Myc-Tag (9B11) Mouse mAb (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate) #2233.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated c-Myc (D84C12) XP® Rabbit mAb #5605.
