Phospho-Vimentin (Ser39) Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of vimentin protein only when phosphorylated at Ser39.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser39 of human vimentin protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
