Cox2 (D5H5) XP® Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) recognizes endogenous levels of total Cox2 protein.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding His108 of human Cox2 protein.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in mouse cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated Cox2 (D5H5) XP® Rabbit mAb #12282.
