CK1ε Antibody兔多抗能够检测内源性的CK1ε总蛋白。该抗体不会与CK1δ产生交叉反应。该多克隆抗体是由合成的人源CK1ε蛋白丙氨酸(349位)肽段免疫动物而制备的。抗体由protein A和肽亲和层析技术纯化。CK1ε Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total CK1ε protein. This antibody does not cross-react with CK1δ.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ala349 of human CK1ε protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
