Bad Antibody 能够检测内源的 Bad 总蛋白。此抗体不与其它相关的蛋白交叉反应。该多克隆抗体是通过合成小鼠源Bad Ser112位点周围残基相对应的多肽来免疫动物而获得。抗体是通过protein A和多肽亲和层析法纯化。Bad Antibody detects endogenous levels of total Bad protein. The antibody does not cross-react with related proteins.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser112 of mouse Bad. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
