Q Peroxynitrite溶液を使用する場合、どのように希釈すればよいのでしょうか？: A

Peroxynitriteは生理的pH及び酸性領域では速やかに分解しますが、
アルカリ性領域では比較的安定であることが報告されています。
よって、ご使用の際は1 mmol/L程度のNaOH水溶液などで希釈してご使用ください。
pH10程度では安定で、pH7での半減期は1.9秒と報告されています。

Q Peroxynitrite溶液の保存方法および安定性は？: A

冷凍保存でも徐々に分解が見られます。

-20℃保存においては2ヶ月で約20％分解というデータもございます。

保存温度が低ければ低いほど、分解は遅くなります。

（-20℃以下、ディープフリーザーあるいは液体窒素中の保存の方が好ましい）

そのため、サンプルは用時調製をお願いします。

また、解凍を繰り返すことにより分解は促進されますのでご注意ください。
