磷酸化EGFR (Tyr1068)的兔源单克隆抗体(D7A5) XP®仅在EGFR的Tyr1068位点被磷酸化后才能检测到内源EGFR的水平。本抗体可能与其它酪氨酸位点磷酸化蛋白发生弱的交叉反应。单克隆抗体通过免疫动物得到，该磷酸化多肽是根据人的EGFR蛋白Tyr1068附近的氨基酸序列合成的。Phospho-EGF Receptor (Tyr1068) (D7A5) XP® Rabbit mAb detects endogenous EGF receptor only when phosphorylated at Tyr1068. This antibody may cross-react weakly with other tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr1068 of human EGF receptor.
