Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Mouse, Rat。Phospho-Syk (Tyr525/526) (C87C1) Rabbit mAb(Alexa Fluor® 647偶联)只能检测内源的在Tyr525/526位点磷酸化的人源Syk蛋白或Tyr519/520 位点磷酸化的鼠源Syk蛋白。此抗体也能检测在Tyr526位点磷酸化的人源Syk蛋白或Tyr520位点磷酸化的鼠源Syk蛋白。此抗体不与其它的酪氨酸残基磷酸化的酪氨酸激酶交叉反应。CST公司生产的此抗体与Alexa Fluor® 647 荧光染料偶联，并通过人源细胞的流式细胞仪的测试和免疫荧光分析。与预期一致，此抗体与未偶联的抗体Phospho-Syk (Tyr525/526) (C87C1) Rabbit mAb #2710相同，都识别相同物种中的蛋白。Phospho-Syk (Tyr525/526) (C87C1) Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate) recognizes endogenous levels of Syk protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr525/526 of human Syk or Tyr519/520 of mouse Syk. This antibody also detects Syk protein when singly phosphorylated at Tyr526 of human Syk or Tyr520 of mouse Syk. This antibody does not cross-react with other tyrosine-phosphorylated protein tyrosine kinases.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry and immunofluorescent analysis in human cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated Phospho-Syk (Tyr525/526) (C87C1) Rabbit mAb #2710.

Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Mouse, Rat。只有当Tyr1078（相当于NPM-ALK中的Tyr138）磷酸化时，磷酸化ALK (Tyr1078) (D28B4) 兔单抗能够识别内源性水平的ALK。该抗体可能与其他过量表达的磷酸化酪氨酸激酶如EGFR和Src，发生交叉反应。该单克隆抗体是通过用合成磷酸肽免疫动物而制备的，该合成磷酸肽是人ALK蛋白Tyr1078附近的残基。Phospho-ALK (Tyr1078) (D28B4) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of ALK only when phosphorylated at Tyr1078, which is equivalent to Tyr138 of NPM-ALK.
