Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Mouse, Rat。只有当Tyr1078（相当于NPM-ALK中的Tyr138）磷酸化时，磷酸化ALK (Tyr1078) (D28B4) 兔单抗能够识别内源性水平的ALK。该抗体可能与其他过量表达的磷酸化酪氨酸激酶如EGFR和Src，发生交叉反应。该单克隆抗体是通过用合成磷酸肽免疫动物而制备的，该合成磷酸肽是人ALK蛋白Tyr1078附近的残基。Phospho-ALK (Tyr1078) (D28B4) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of ALK only when phosphorylated at Tyr1078, which is equivalent to Tyr138 of NPM-ALK. This antibody may cross-react weakly with other overexpressed phospho-tyrosine kinases such as EGFR and Src.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr1078 of human ALK protein.

ALK (D5F3) XP®兔单抗即使在低表达水平下能够检测内源性水平的总ALK蛋白以及ALK融合蛋白，如EML4-ALK变体和NPM-ALK。该抗体不与其他家族成员发生交叉反应。该单克隆抗体通过用重组蛋白免疫动物制备，该重组蛋白是人ALK羧基末端的残基。ALK (D5F3) XP® Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total ALK protein as well as ALK fusion proteins, such as EML4-ALK variants and NPM-ALK, even at low levels. This antibody does not cross-react with other family members.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with recombinant protein corresponding to residues in the carboxy terminus of human ALK.

Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Mouse, Rat。磷酸化ALK(Tyr1278/1282/1283)抗体仅在Tyr1278/1282/1283（对应NPM-ALK上Tyr338/342/343）被磷酸化后才能检测到ALK的存在。本抗体在ALK的Tyr1283单独被磷酸化时有轻微的交叉反应，也能与Tyr672/676/677位点磷酸化的白细胞酪氨酸激酶（LTK）反应。多克隆抗体通过合成磷酸化多肽免疫动物得到，该多肽是根据人的ALK蛋白Tyr1278/1282/1283 附近的氨基酸序列合成的。抗体经过protein A和肽亲和层析。Phospho-ALK (Tyr1278/1282/1283) Antibody detects ALK only when phosphorylated at Tyr1278/1282/1283, which is equivalent to Tyr338/342/343 of NPM-ALK. This antibody might also have slight reactivity toward ALK when it is phosphorylated at Tyr1283 alone. This antibody also reacts with leukocyte tyrosine kinase (LTK) phosphorylated at Tyr672/676/677.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr1278/1282/1283 of human ALK protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
