Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Mouse, Rat.HER2/ErbB2 (44E7) 鼠单抗能检测各种细胞系中内源Her2/ErbB2蛋白的表达水平。本抗体不与其它相关蛋白发生交叉反应。单克隆抗体通过用多肽免疫动物得到，该多肽是根据人的Her2/ErbB2蛋白羧基端序列合成的。HER2/ErbB2 (44E7) Mouse mAb detects endogenous levels of Her2/ErbB2 in various cell lines. It does not cross-react with any other related proteins.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues close to the carboxy-terminal sequence of human Her2/ErbB2.

磷酸化HER2/ErbB2 (Tyr1221/1222)抗体仅在Tyr 1221/1222被磷酸化后才能检测到内源性ErbB2的存在。本抗体可能与其它激活的ErbB家族蛋白发生交叉反应。多克隆抗体通过用多肽免疫动物得到，该磷酸化多肽是根据人的ErbB2蛋白Tyr 1221/1222附近的氨基酸序列合成的。抗体经过protein A和亲和层析纯化。Phospho-HER2/ErbB2 (Tyr1221/1222) Antibody detects endogenous levels of ErbB2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1221/1222. The antibody may detect other activated Erb family members.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding tyrosine 1221/1222 of human ErbB2 protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
