磷酸化HER2/ErbB2 (Tyr1221/1222) (6B12) 兔单抗仅在Tyr1221/1222被磷酸化时才能检测到内源性ErbB2的存在。本抗体不与激活的ErbB家族其它成员以及其它酪氨酸位点磷酸化的蛋白发生交叉反应。单克隆抗体通过用多肽免疫动物得到，该磷酸化多肽是根据人的ErbB2蛋白Tyr1221/1222附近的氨基酸序列合成的。Phospho-HER2/ErbB2 (Tyr1221/1222) (6B12) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of ErbB2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosines 1221/1222. The antibody does not detect other activated Erb family members or other tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding tyrosines 1221/1222 of human ErbB2 protein.
