α-Synuclein (Syn204) Mouse mAb 鼠单抗识别内源性的synuclein 总蛋白。α-Synuclein (Syn204)Mouse mAb 鼠单抗识别重组的α-Synuclein蛋白，但不识别β-synuclein蛋白(Giasson, B.I. et al., 2000)。该单克隆抗体由重组人α-synuclein蛋白和氨基端抗原决定簇免疫动物产生。α-Synuclein (Syn204) Mouse mAb detects endogenous levels of total synuclein protein. α-Synuclein (Syn204) Mouse mAb detects recombinant α but not β-synuclein (Giasson, B.I. et al., 2000).Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with human recombinant α-synuclein and the epitope maps to the amino-terminus of the protein.
