p38δ MAP Kinase (10A8) Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源性总p38δ MAP激酶蛋白。该抗体不能与其他的p38 MAPK亚型发生交叉反应。该单克隆抗体是采用合成的与p38δ MAPK蛋白羧端周围残基相一致的肽段免疫动物而获得。p38δ MAP Kinase (10A8) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total p38δ MAP kinase protein. This antibody does not cross-react with other isoforms of p38 MAPK. Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues around the carboxy terminus of p38δ MAPK.
