Phospho-PKCδ(Tyr311)抗体识别内源性的Tyr311磷酸化的PKCδ蛋白。此抗体与其它磷酸化的PKC亚型没有交叉反应。该多克隆抗体用与人类PKCδ中Tyr313位点（等同于小鼠和大鼠中的Tyr311）附近的氨基酸序列对应的人工合成磷酸化的肽段免疫动物而制成。该抗体使用蛋白A和蛋白亲和层析纯化而得。Phospho-PKCdelta (Tyr311) Antibody detects endogenous levels of PKCdelta only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 311. This antibody does not cross-react with other phosphorylated PKC isoforms.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr313 of human PKCdelta (which is equivalent to Tyr311 in mouse and rat). Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
