Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Bovine。Phospho-IKKα/β (Ser176/180) (16A6) Rabbit mAb (PE Conjugate) detects IKKα only when phosphorylated at Ser176/180 and IKKβ only when phosphorylated at Ser177/181.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to phycoerythrin (PE) and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated Phospho-IKKα/β (Ser176/180) (16A6) Rabbit mAb #2697.
