Cleaved Caspase-8 (Asp387) (D5B2) XP® Rabbit mAb (Mouse Specific) (PE Conjugate) recognizes endogenous levels of mouse caspase-8 only when cleaved at Asp387. In addition to the p18 subunit, the unconjugated antibody also detects cleavage products containing the pro-domain with the p18 subunit (p43) by western blot analysis.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to phycoerythrin (PE) and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in mouse cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated Cleaved Caspase-8 (Asp387) (D5B2) XP® Rabbit mAb (Mouse Specific) #8592.
