Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Erk1/2) (Thr202/Tyr204) (197G2) XP® Rabbit mAb兔单抗 (Alexa Fluor® 488Conjugate)能够检测内源性的Thr202和Tyr204被双重磷酸化的Erk1(Thr185和 Tyr187双重磷酸化的Erk2),以及Tyr204被单磷酸化后的p44和p42 MAPK(Erk1和Erk2)蛋白。该抗体与JNK/SAPK或p38 MAPK中的相应磷酸化残基没有交叉反应。此抗体偶联了Alexa Fluor® 647荧光素染料,并经过了内部测试,可用于人类细胞样本的流式细胞分析检测。该抗体和未偶联的Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Erk1/2) (Thr202/Tyr204) (197G2) Rabbit mAb #4377有相同的物种交叉反应性。Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Erk1/2) (Thr202/Tyr204) (197G2) Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) detects endogenous levels of p44 and p42 MAP kinase (Erk1 and Erk2) when dually phosphorylated at Thr202 and Tyr204 of Erk1 (Thr185 and Tyr187 of Erk2), and singly phosphorylated at Tyr204. The antibody does not cross-react with the corresponding phosphorylated residues of either JNK/SAPK or p38 MAP kinase.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. This antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Erk1/2) (Thr202/Tyr204) (197G2) Rabbit mAb #4377.
