链霉亲和素偶联物常与生物素缀合物一起用于特异性检测各种生物分子,因为链霉亲和素对生物素及其缀合物具有非常高的亲和力。 RPE-Cy5-链霉亲和素偶联物包含链霉亲和素(作为生物素结合蛋白)与共价连接的 RPE-Cy5(作为荧光标记)。当与生物素化一抗结合使用时,它可用作间接免疫荧光染色的第二步试剂。它是使用流式细胞术和 Cy5® 滤波片组进行生物素-链霉亲和素的生物检测的荧光试剂。
