LDS 651是LDS 751的类似物。LDS 651具有与LDS 751几乎相同的细胞内染色模式。LDS 651经过优化,可被紫色激光激发,而LDS 751被蓝激光在488 nm激发。 LDS 651和LDS 751都是可透过细胞的荧光染料。 尽管LDS 651和LDS 751均与DNA结合,但它们可能会从细胞核中流出,并与其他细胞结构(如线粒体的极化膜)结合。 当将LDS 651、LDS 751用于分析活细胞核状态时,应格外注意。 LDS 651和LDS 751可用于将红细胞和有核细胞分离。
