产品介绍

串联染料是一类独特的荧光分子,由两种不同的共价连接荧光团、供体(例如 PE 或 APC)和发射较长波长的荧光受体(例如 Texas Red、Cy5、Cy7、iFluor 594 或 iFluor 750组成)。 PE-iFluor 594 是常用 PE-Texas Red 串联的卓越替代品,它提高了 FRET 效率和信号/背景比。其主要吸收峰在 565 nm 处,发射峰在 610 nm 附近。 金畔还提供独特的预活化 PE-iFluor 594,以促进 PE-iFluor 594 与抗体和其他蛋白质(如链霉亲和素和其他二级试剂)的串联。我们的预活化 PE-iFluor 594 串联试剂可随时进行缀合,比传统繁琐的SMCC 的缀合化学产生更高的产量。此外,我们的预活化 PE 串联通过蛋白质中丰富的氨基与蛋白质结合,而 SMCC 化学靶向必须通过抗体还原再生的硫醇基团。
