产品介绍

钙红素醋酸盐是美国AAT Bioquest生产的细胞活力测定试剂,钙黄绿素AM是最流行的荧光探针之一,用于标记和监测活细胞的细胞功能。但是,钙黄绿素AM的单色使得无法在多色应用中使用这种有价值的试剂。例如,由于与GFP相同的颜色,不可能在结合GFP的细胞中使用钙黄绿素AM。为了解决钙黄绿素AM的颜色限制,我们开发了钙黄绿橙 ,钙黄绿 和钙黄绿 。这些新的Calcein AM类似物与Calcein AM结合使用,可以对活细胞进行多色标记和功能分析。无荧光的钙黄绿素Deep Red 醋酸盐可轻松进入活细胞并水解,产生强荧光的钙黄绿素Deep Red (Cat#:21902)染料。钙黄绿素Deep Red 染料可以使用通用的Cy5滤波片组进行检测。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的钙红素醋酸盐。
