Ala-R110是一种荧光底物,可用于检测氨肽酶M底物,丙氨酰氨肽酶和胰蛋白酶的活性。 Ala-R110可通过检测其丙氨酰氨肽酶活性来检测食品和其他样品中的某些细菌。与Ala-AMC(#13458)相比,Ala-R110更敏感。可以使用常见的FITC通道或FITC滤波片组轻松检测其酶促产物。
