产品介绍

DAF-2双乙酸盐是DAF-2的细胞可渗透性的版本,DAF-2是一氧化氮(NO)的检测和生物成像的灵敏荧光指示剂。进入细胞后,DAF-2双乙酸酯会被细胞酯酶水解为细胞渗透性较低的DAF-2,从而防止了DAF-2双乙酸酯从细胞中泄漏造成的信号损失。在氧气存在下,DAF-2与NO反应生成高度荧光的三唑荧光素。可以使用标准FITC过滤器组轻松检测细胞内荧光(由DAF-2双乙酸酯生成)。DAF-2双乙酸盐可用于在内皮细胞中产生少量NO的细胞以及在巨噬细胞中产生大量NO的细胞。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的一氧化氮NO荧光探针DAF-2 DA。
