产品介绍

ReadiUse 预活化 PE 马来酰亚胺是通过高度纯化的 R-藻红蛋白 (PE) 与 SMCC 反应制备的。 SMCC 的 NHS 基团与 PE 的赖氨酸基团反应,留下马来酰亚胺基团可与待缀合的蛋白质上的游离巯基反应。 ReadiUse 预活化 PE 马来酰亚胺经过高度纯化,可完全去除未反应的 SMCC,并冻干成粉末形式。 它可以立即使用,并且在与含巯基的靶分子(如还原型 IgG)混合后无需进一步制备即可偶联。 这种活化的藻胆蛋白可以很容易地与抗体和其他蛋白质结合,而无需使用添加的化学交联剂。 制备的偶联物保持了 PE 的光谱特性。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的ReadiUse 预活化 PE 马来酰亚胺 [活化 R-藻红蛋白]。
