　　本产品BF-187，BF-188，与β-淀粉样蛋白或者蛋白质凝集形成的β片层结构（老年斑以及神经原纤维缠绕变化）特异性结合的新型低分子荧光化合物。

　　β-淀粉样蛋白以及磷酸化蛋白的凝集、积累与阿尔兹海默症因有关，蛋白成为药物筛选与治疗的目标。BF-187，BF-188因具有高血液 – 脑屏障通透性，也可作为模型动物前临床实验研究应用的有效工具。

　染色方法:

　１．对石蜡脑切片进行脱石蜡处理。

　２．滴加100 μM BF-187或者BF-188溶液于切片中。

　３．10分钟反应后，PBS清洗。

　４．用荧光褪色防止剂处理后封存。
