The MBG4 reagent contains a single substrate, namely 4,6-O-benzylidene-2-chloro-4-nitrophenyl-β-(31-β-D-cellotriosyl-glucoside) (BCNPBG4). The benzylidene acetal group prevents any hydrolytic action by exo-acting hydrolytic enzymes such as β-glucosidase or cellobiohydrolase.
Mixed linkage β-glucanase (endo-1,3:1,4-β-glucanase) / lichenase (EC 3.2.1.73) acts specifically to release 2-chloro-4-nitrophenol (CNP) from this substrate. The rate of release of CNP is directly related to the β-glucanase/lichenase activity in a sample. The reaction is terminated and the phenolate colour is developed on addition of Tris buffer solution (pH = 10.0).
Note that the substrate is not hydrolysed by β-glucosidase or cellobiohydrolase. The substrate can be hydrolysed by certain endo-cellulases (e.g. Trichoderma sp.) but this does not result in an increase in absorbance.

The Acetic Acid GK format test kit is for use with auto-analysers and is suitable for the specific measurement and analysis of acetic acid (acetate) especially in wines, fruit juices, beverages and food products.
As part of Megazyme’s overall commitment to providing the highest quality products, we have developed this acetic acid kit that provides a specific and rapid assay for use with auto-analysers. The kit assay is based on the conversion of NAD+ to NADH and therefore provides a positive reaction (increase in absorbance) which offers a more robust assay.
The reagents, as supplied, are stable for a minimum of 2 years and the prepared reagents are stable for a minimum of 1 week (on-board stability). In addition, the prepared reagents can be stored frozen for longer term stability (see K-ACETGK Booklet for more details).

TBK1/NAK (D1B4) Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源TBK1/NAK 蛋白总体水平。此单克隆抗体是通过合成人源对应的TBK1/NAK Ser645位点周围的肽段来免疫动物而获得。TBK1/NAK (D1B4) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total TBK1/NAK protein.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser645 of human TBK1/NAK.

The L-Malic Acid (Analyser Format) test kit is an analyser format for the specific measurement and analysis of L-malic acid (L-malate) in beverages and food products. On calibration, the prepared reagent is linear to > 80 micrograms of L-malic acid per mL of assay solution.
