■ 产品说明：
ThruPLEX DNA-Seq Kit 基于ThruPLEX技术，可以低至50 pg的DNA起始构建DNA文库，在提高灵敏度的同时可以构建多达384种index引物文库。本试剂适用于多种样品来源的片段化双链DNA（dsDNA）样品，基因组DNA或体液样品如游离DNA(cfDNA)，FFPE样品来源DNA和cDNA。
ThruPLEX DNA-Seq Kit不包含index。兼容的 Index如下所述，需要单独购买。
ThruPLEX DNA-Seq Kit整体流程可在单管或孔中进行，大约两小时内即可完成，无需纯化或样品转移步骤。该试剂盒可用于DNA-seq，RNA-seq或ChIP-seq，并且可以兼容主流平台实现强有力的目标区域富集。
 
DNA HT dual index kits
DNA HT dual index kits是与 ThruPLEX或 PicoPLEX文库制备试剂盒搭配使用，用以构建Illumina测序文库的index引物试剂盒。这些试剂盒包含Illumina Nextera® XT v2 index序列对应的index引物，最多可提供384种不同的双端index，用于样本混合测序时的区分。其中index引物预先分装在4个不同条形码标记的index微孔板中，每个微孔板可提供不同的96种index组合（Code No.R400660-R400663），index微孔板（96N Sets A-D）的每个孔提供的量足够进行一次测序反应；另一种是一套中有24个单独的反应管，每个反应管中包含不同的双端index组合（Code No.R400664），且每个反应管（24N）提供的量足够进行两次测序反应。
 
DNA unique dual index kits
DNA unique dual index kits是与 ThruPLEX或 PicoPLEX文库制备试剂盒搭配使用，用以构建Illumina测序文库的index引物试剂盒。这些试剂盒包含“IDT for Illumina UD”对应的index引物，最多可提供96种不同双端index，用于样本混合测序时的区分。index引物预先分装在不同的4组各24个单独的管中，其中每组可提供24种不同index引物组合（Code No.R400665-R400668）。每个index引物管（24U Sets A-D）提供的量足够进行两次测序反应。
 
DNA single index kits
DNA single index kits是与 ThruPLEX或 PicoPLEX文库制备试剂盒搭配使用，用以构建Illumina测序文库的index引物试剂盒。这些试剂盒包含与“TruSeq LT set A”序列对应的index引物，可提供24种单端index，用于样本混合测序时的区分。index引物预先分装在不同的2组各12个单独的管中，其中每组可提供12种不同index引物组合（Code No.R400695和R400697）。每个index引物管（12U Sets A-B）提供的量足够进行8次测序反应。
