Phospho-ULK1 (Ser757) Antibody 能够检测内源性的仅Ser757发生磷酸化的ULK1蛋白。该多克隆抗体通过合成肽免疫动物制备，这种合成肽的序列与人源ULK1蛋白Ser757周围残基相一致。抗体通过蛋白A和多肽亲和色谱法纯化。Phospho-ULK1 (Ser757) Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of ULK1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser757.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser757 of human ULK1 protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.

Phospho-Src Family (Tyr416) (D49G8) Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源性的Tyr416位点磷酸化的Src蛋白。该抗体可能会与相同位点被磷酸化的其他Src家族成员(Lyn, Fyn, Lck, Yes和Hck)发生交叉反应。该抗体可能会与过表达的磷酸化RTKs发生交叉反应。该单克隆抗体是采用合成的与人源Src蛋白Tyr419位点周围相一致的磷酸化肽段免疫动物而产生的。Phospho-Src Family (Tyr416) (D49G8) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of Src only when phosphorylated at Tyr416. The antibody may cross-react with other Src family members (Lyn, Fyn, Lck, Yes and Hck) when phosphorylated at equivalent sites. It may cross react with overexpressed phosphorylated RTKs.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr416 of human Src protein.

    High purity 33-α-L- plus 23-α-L-arabinofuranosyl-xylotetraose (XA3XX/XA2XX) mixture for use in research, biochemical enzyme assays and in vitro diagnostic analysis.
