6-OG488,SE是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料。6-OG488琥珀酰亚胺酯与OregonGreen®488羧酸，琥珀酰亚胺酯，6-异构体（Invitrogen＃O6185，OregonGreen®是Invitrogen的商标）是相同的分子。 这种化合物具有更高的光稳定性和更低的pKa~4.7，而6-FAM具有pKa~6.4。 6-OG488的pKa降低使其荧光在生理pH范围内基本上对pH不敏感。 该胺反应性6-OG488琥珀酰亚胺酯可用于制备亮绿色荧光生物共轭物，其激发/发射最大值为~496 / 524nm。 它是6-FITC的优良替代品。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商，为您提供最优质的6-OG488,SE。
