磷酸化HER4/ErbB4 (Tyr1284) (21A9) 兔单抗仅在Tyr1284位点磷酸化时能检测到内源HER4/ErbB4蛋白的表达。本抗体不与其它ErbB家族的蛋白发生交叉反应。单克隆抗体通过用多肽免疫动物得到，该磷酸化多肽是根据人的HER4/ErbB4.蛋白Tyr1284附近的氨基酸序列合成的。Phospho-HER4/ErbB4 (Tyr1284) (21A9) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of HER4/ErbB4 protein only when phosphorylated on Tyr1284. This antibody does not cross-react with other ErbB family members.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr1284 of human HER4/ErbB4.Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Mouse, Rat。
