ARID1A (D28B10) XP® Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源性JARID1A总蛋白水平(两个亚型)。该抗体不与其它JARID蛋白发生交叉反应，包括JARID1B、JARID1C和JARID1D。通过合成的与人源JARID1A蛋白相应的多肽片段去免疫动物从而制备出此单克隆抗体。JARID1A (D28B10) XP® Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total JARID1A protein (both isoforms). The antibody does not cross-react with other JARID proteins, including JARID1B, JARID1C and JARID1D.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the human JARID1A protein.Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Rat, Bovine。
