Fas (C18C12) Rabbit mAb兔单抗能够检测内源性水平的人源Fas总蛋白。该单克隆抗体是采用合成的人源Fas蛋白胞内区赖氨酸(259位)周围残基相对应的肽段免疫动物而制备的。Fas (C18C12) Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total human Fas protein.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Lys259 of human Fas, within the intracellular region.
